Whether someone joins us for puppy training, a residential dog training programme, a board and train programme or help with a behavioural issue, our goal is always the same: to help owners enjoy life with their dog again.
To us, success isn't measured by how many tricks a dog knows.

Before coming to us, Bear's reactivity had escalated to the point where he had bitten his owner, and life had become incredibly stressful for the whole family. Today, Bear peacefully shares everyday life with the people who love him. He goes on family holidays in their camper van, joins his owner at work and enjoys the kind of life they once thought might never be possible.
Meet Guillermo
It's Guillermo, whose family welcomed a new baby into the world without worrying about visitors coming to the house. Before training, even close family members visiting caused stress. Now they can welcome friends and family into their home with confidence while Guillermo settles happily alongside them.

That's what success looks like to us: normal, everyday dogs living fulfilling, happy lives with the people who love them.
Dog training has become increasingly confusing. Owners are bombarded with different philosophies, training methods and jargon, often leaving them more confused than when they started. We don't think good dog training needs to be complicated. Dogs have evolved alongside us for thousands of years, long before we gave names to training methods and philosophies. Our job is to strip away the noise and explain dog behaviour in plain English.
If you work with us, you're never on your own. Dogs that complete one of our Residential Dog Training or Board and Train programmes go home with a detailed homework plan and free lifetime support.
Dog training doesn't stop when your dog goes home, and neither does our support. We want you to know exactly what to do, why you're doing it and how to keep making progress long after the training programme has finished. Our goal isn't just to train your dog, it's to teach you the principles of dog training, so that when you welcome your next dog into your family, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to build that relationship from day one.
Not every dog that comes through our doors has a straightforward story. Some arrive when their owners feel they've run out of options.
Meet Kevin
Kevin was one of those dogs. He was taken to a local vet to be euthanised because of his behavioural problems. The vet refused, and by chance a lady sitting in the waiting room overheard what had happened. She took Kevin home that day and gave him another chance. That second chance wasn't easy. Within hours of arriving in his new home, Kevin had lunged at family members, seriously bitten a visitor and begun resource guarding the sofa. His new family contacted us immediately and Kevin joined one of our Residential Dog Training and Board and Train programmes. Today, Kevin is a reliable off-lead dog who spends his time hiking with his family. Several years later, he's still improving because his owners never stopped learning alongside him.
Kevin is also the reason I often joke that every review helps us reach another Kevin.
It isn't really a joke. Every review, every article, every video and every improvement we make to our website gives another owner the chance to find us before they feel they've run out of options.
Everything we do, from our puppy training and residential dog training programmes to our board and train programmes, the articles we write, the videos we create and the reviews our clients leave us, comes back to one belief:
We can't help dogs unless we can reach their owners.
Every owner we educate is another dog with a better chance of living the life they deserve.
